What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we run advertised specials that may suggest so, not all carpet cleaning jobs require a basic clean or an overall overhaul!
We offer to you our client a pricing strategy (a la cart if you will) which allows you the opportunity to carefully consider your options, so you can spend your hard-earned dollar the way you choose to spend them. Pretty simple -- we think so 😄
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to get to know our customer's name so we can treat them like family (even better in most instances 😆). This allows us to get to know how we can best offer our assistance to your personal carpet cleaning needs! We take our time to discuss with you right up front about our pricing, giving you our best deal instead of you having to ask for it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are continually in training on every job we do since we come into different situations quite often. We have been trained by qualified professionals and still call upon their expertise when needed.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Many years ago my older brothers started a carpet cleaning company in Mountain Home, Arkansas. At the time, one of them became the youngest certified carpet warranty work specialists for various carpet manufacturers. I was able to go along with some of their technicians at an early age to help.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a variety of customers to include moderate homes, extravagant homes, commercial cleaning and hard suface floor cleaning. We also have been subcontracted by out of state parties to handle their rental flips.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are especially proud to have our work on display in several jobs we do around our community in Murfreesboro in its buildings of recreation. We are also proud to work with a large university in Nashville during their summertime break, getting it ready for the return of their students.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We suggest doing some research. Not making a decision based solely on pricing, but also with the initial conversation making sure they have your best interest in mind and that you are not just a number to them. What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
While there are many questions any particular customer may have about their specific cleaning needs here are a few of the most common questions we receive: How long does it take to dry? Typically up to 6-8 hours to completely dry, although they are nowhere near sloppy wet at anytime. How far in advance do I need to schedule? We appreciate a notice as early as possible but in many occassions we can get it worked on within a couple days, sometimes even same day service! How do I pay? We accept cash, check, and credit card Do you move furniture? While we do move some furniture it is a time consuming process so the more furniture we have to move might increase our pricing slightly. We are glad to move couches, loveseats, and chairs. We will not move big screen tvs, other electronics, grandma's china cabinet, or anything else our hands should not touch! 😆 Are you licensed, insured, bonded? Yes, we are!
